  The house was great for our group and being pet friendly made it a huge plus for us. When we reported a potential problem with the AC the property manager (Kat) had the techician come out right away and take care of it immediately. Overall a great location and a great stay for our Memorial Day weekend!

  We really enjoyed our stay in the property. The layout of the home was very nice, providing a central gathering area for everyone to meet and socialize, and was very bright and pleasant.
  
  The only item I would bring up to the owners and property manager is that the breaker for the master bedroom kept tripping. We had a difficult time getting the breaker to reset so that we could have power in that room. Lights in the master bathroom turned on and off periodically. We were concerned there was a short in the wiring in that room.

  Unfortunately, my wife and I were unable to be with our group due to a death in the family. However, 5 of our group stayed at the house and were exceptionaly pleased. their only comment was that it was far from the area where they were working (also on Johns Isl). Thanks for your kind consideration.
