  We really appreciate your pet friendly policy. It was great to have our little Yorkie, Maizee Blu, with us at the beach. We were in awe of your beautiful Seabrook Drive around the island. Morning and evening walks on the beach were great. Very relaxing as we watched the fishing boats and dolfins along the shore. Our Villa was so nice. We did not play golf because it was way too expensive. Didn't use the restaurants due to the stringent dress codes.

  Areas for improvement - Master bath ceiling is falling down, lots of white dog hair left in the carpet, food on utinsels, pots & pans in the kitchen cupboards, sliding glass door to patio was dirty, master comforter was ripped in a few places along the edges, vacuum bag was full of hair and sand, and we had problems w/the tv remote so we changed manually. Things we love - amazing sunsets, beautiful views through all the windows, being so close to the beach, nice new sheets and towels, and enjoyed access to the ammenities. Thank you for the tote and doggy bags too! We look forward to returning soon.

  The unit was wonderful, as before but there was a musty smell to it that wasn't there before. Much like wet carpet.
  The sliding glass door and screen need work badly! Bugs were inside anytime we tried to enjoy the ocean breezes.
  Also the A/C unit seemed so loud in the living room it made it difficult to enjoy TV. Maybe it was just hotter then the last time we stayed and the A/C had to run so much.
  All said, we enjoyed our stay and will use Seabrook exclusives again!
