1. The availabilty of BBQ grill would be helpful as it is difficult to carry portable units in a car. Important item!
2. The twin beds are not very comfortable. Slightly important item!
3. Digital TV in old TV sets is not very practical. These old TV sets use too much space. Flat TVs would enhance the place. Less important item!
